Praises Ogunbanwo is a Junior working towards a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering with a concentration in Bioinstrumentation (i.e., a minor in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics). Praises is enthusiastic about bridging the gap between technology and healthcare, thereby tackling significant medical concerns facing the world, particularly in developing nations. Within the lab, she is interested in applying her knowledge and skills to the development and application of polymers in biomedical engineering.
Praises is a member of the Society of Women Engineers, the Biomedical Engineering Society, and the Nigerian Students’ Organization. She enjoys doing pilates, cycling, playing tennis, listening to music, and trying new restaurants. She is an avid reader and a proud member of the Happy Noisemakers Bookclub!
