Oluwasuolabomi Idowu is a current senior at the University of North Texas majoring in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Mechanical and Energy Engineering along with mathematics. Her interests are in Biomaterials as well as Biomechanics and finding the perfect connection between the two.
Oluwasuolabomi has currently been involved with Biomedical Engineering research for Active Duty personnel and Veterans working with prostate cancer cells and the use of a depleting agent to send the cancer cells into an apoptosis like cell death.
Outside of the lab and classes she enjoys reading fantasy novels, spending time with family and friends, and currently took up playing the acoustic guitar.
